Description We are looking for a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and account reconciliations. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and tracking payments.

• Perform billing operations with attention to detail and compliance with company policies.

• Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting procedures.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Generate and analyze financial reports to assist in decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address financial matters. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Strong knowledge of billing processes and account reconciliations.

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
