Description

Position: Remote Litigation Paralegal

Client: Government Agency (via Robert Half Legal)

Engagement Type: Temporary – 12 months, with potential for extension

Start Date: September/October (onboarding may occur in waves)

Pay Rate: $26/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft legal documents such as settlement agreements and memoranda

+ Manage intake, review, and assignment of complaints

+ File Motions of Appearance

+ Coordinate and attend status conferences

+ Handle calls and correspondence professionally

+ Perform legal and administrative support tasks

+ Complete data entry accurately

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree and prior paralegal experience required

+ Ability to commit to the full project duration

+ Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

+ Technically proficient with multiple software platforms
