Description We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our team in Golden, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in driving successful change initiatives, fostering user adoption, and enhancing organizational processes. This opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong background in change management and a passion for helping organizations navigate transformation effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align change processes with business goals and ensure seamless communication.
• Facilitate user adoption through targeted training programs and effective communication plans.
• Conduct business process re-engineering to identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze compensation structures and provide recommendations based on organizational needs and industry trends.
• Utilize ADKAR methodology to guide change efforts and monitor progress.
• Partner with PMO teams to integrate change management practices into project plans and ensure alignment.
• Create and maintain KPI reports to track progress and impact of change initiatives.
• Oversee Workday-related implementations, including ERP, HCM, and integration projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Evaluate processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous refinement. Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related roles.
• Strong expertise in change management methodologies, including ADKAR.
• Proven ability to lead user adoption efforts and drive successful implementation of new systems or processes.
• Hands-on experience with Workday ERP, HCM, and integration projects.
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering and compensation analysis.
• Familiarity with PMO practices and KPI reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A track record of managing long-term projects and delivering measurable results.
