Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Design, configure, and implement new network hardware and services as needed.

• Monitor and manage network operations using advanced tools and methodologies.

• Establish and maintain robust network security protocols to protect against vulnerabilities.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and network status.

• Support the administration of firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures to safeguard data.

• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure timely updates to network systems.

• Provide expert guidance on network-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Hands-on experience with Windows PCs/Servers, MacOS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking devices such as firewalls and switches.

• Proficiency in network protocols, including DHCP, DNS, and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).

• Familiarity with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption methods.

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certifications are highly desirable.

• Knowledge of cloud networking platforms, including Google Workspace and Azure, is preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
