As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records for our clients or partner companies across diverse industries, contributing to their ongoing success.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, etc.).

    + Reconcile bank accounts, manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), and process payroll contributions.

    + Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure accuracy of financial data.

    + Create and present periodic financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, for client review.

    + Monitor cash flow, project budgets, and provide insights on cost control measures.

    + Prepare financial documents for tax filings and audits in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

    + Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, or tax specialists as needed.

    Requirements

    + Minimum of 2 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or related roles.

    + Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

    + Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Sage is a must.

    + Strong attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and ability to handle confidential information.

    + Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar certification is a plus, but not required.
