This is Located in Diamond Heights San Francisco. Not BART Accessible but MUNI and parking available
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth management processes.
• Coordinate leasing activities, including tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and renewals.
• Manage property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Utilize Yardi software to track and manage property data, financials, and tenant information.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for assigned properties.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule maintenance and repair services.
• Monitor and enforce lease terms, including rent collection and payment tracking.
• Support marketing efforts for vacant units to attract potential tenants.
Requirements
• Proven experience in property management, including residential and commercial properties.
• Familiarity with leasing processes and tenant relations (HUD, LIHTC, etc).
• Proficiency in using Yardi software for property management tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Knowledge of property maintenance and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in budgeting and financial reporting within property management.
