    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join a team on a long-term contract basis in Wayne, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will support essential accounting and administrative functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and documentation.     Responsibilities:

    • Process and verify financial transactions in accordance with established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    • Manage the timely execution of accounting activities for vendors and lessees, maintaining up-to-date records.

    • Coordinate payments and ensure the correct allocation of incoming funds, such as rentals and lease payments.

    • Organize and archive financial documents to meet legal and audit requirements and facilitate quick retrieval of information.

    • Generate reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making processes.

    • Provide administrative support for accounting processes, including data entry, filing, and document management.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.

    • Assist with payment processing and invoice management to ensure timely payouts and accurate records.

    • Support senior accounting staff with additional tasks as needed, contributing to overall team efficiency.

     

    Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

     

    • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data analysis.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and archive financial documents effectively.

    • Familiarity with payment processing and accounts receivable functions.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

    • Experience with Oracle or similar financial systems is a plus.
