Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position within the health insurance industry, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to quality assurance and compliance efforts. The role primarily involves auditing call center interactions to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate both inbound and outbound call center interactions to confirm compliance with organizational policies.

• Conduct detailed audits to identify discrepancies and ensure adherence to standards.

• Collaborate with offshore teams to align audit practices and maintain consistency.

• Travel to Houston-area Kelsey-Seybold locations when necessary to support on-site operations.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on audit findings.

• Ensure all procedures and policies are followed in alignment with TRICARE and NIS requirements.

• Maintain reliable internet access and a private workspace to perform remote duties effectively.

• Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit results and presenting them to management.

• Support the implementation of corrective actions to address identified issues.

• Work closely with team members to ensure continuous improvement in call center operations. Requirements • Proven experience in auditing and reviewing call center interactions.

• Strong understanding of organizational policies and procedures.

• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and a private workspace.

• Availability to travel to Houston-area locations when required.

• Familiarity with TRICARE and NIS standards is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including working with offshore teams.

• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive audit reports and presenting findings.
