    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of shipping, receiving, and inventory management within a pharmaceutical environment. This position requires physical activity and attention to detail to ensure medications are properly packaged and distributed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate shipping and receiving processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    • Assemble and prepare boxes for product shipments, including refrigerated packaging when necessary.

    • Handle the mailing and distribution of medications with precision.

    • Process incoming orders and ensure proper shelving of received items.

    • Maintain inventory organization and track supplies using light data entry and computer systems.

    • Perform packaging tasks, including preparing products that require temperature-controlled conditions.

    • Stay active throughout the day, as the role requires being on your feet for extended periods.

    • Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and IBM AS/400 to manage logistics operations.

    • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with delivery personnel or clients. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.

    • Familiarity with IBM AS/400 or similar management systems.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately.

    • Capable of standing and performing physical tasks for long periods.

    • Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer service situations.

    • Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or receiving is a plus but not required.
