Description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to assist our local client's frequent needs by ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients. As the first point of contact, the ideal candidate will handle various administrative duties with exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Manage phone calls, screen inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, as well as oversee courier services.

Schedule appointments and meetings as needed, ensuring accurate calendar management.

Manage office supplies inventory and assist with restocking as required.

Assist with general administrative tasks to support various departments.

Follow company protocols and procedures for visitor management and office security.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or in a similar role.

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and professional phone etiquette.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

A positive and team-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills.
