    Currently looking for a Receptionist for a busy dealership in Fairfax, VA. Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor? We are seeking a Receptionist to join a dynamic office environment where every day brings opportunities to make a lasting impression. Looking for a receptionist that i great work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking. Lots of room for growth!

     

    The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience while contributing to the overall efficiency of the workplace. The Receptionist would be handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, updating data entry and providing great customer service.

     

    Looking for someone that is able to work onsite M-F and flexible with working hours if they need to be changed. Will be working two Saturdays a month.

    Requirements

    -Great communication skill

     

    -Prior work experience Woking in a fast-paced environment

     

    -1+ years of experience working in customer service

     

    -Prior experience handing phone calls

     

    -Great working in MS Office Suite and learning technology

     

    -Fast learner

     

    -Great with attention to detail

     

    -Reliable

     

    Great working in a team environment and independently
