    Description

    70,000 - 75,000

    Benefits include:

    + MDV – 100% paid for by employer - Medical for employee and eligible dependents (including vision and dental)

    + Profit Sharing - 9% plus 50 cents per hour

    + Pension contributions

    + Life Insurance - 1 time annual salary

    + PTO – 10 days + paid holidays

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage invoices, process payments, track receivables, monitor collections, and resolve discrepancies.

    + Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and proper classification of transactions.

    + Process payroll, calculate deductions, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

    + Perform daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards.

    + Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and cash flow statements, with accuracy and timeliness.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fie
