Description We are looking for an experienced Collections Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in DFW Airport, Texas. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of customers while contributing to the success of our service-oriented operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of 300-400 accounts, including international clients, with a financial range of $3-5 million per portfolio.

• Actively work to reduce outstanding balances over 91+ days, addressing a $9M backlog.

• Handle high-volume transactional activities with precision and efficiency.

• Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies promptly to ensure timely collections.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline collection processes and improve outcomes.

• Utilize tools such as Oracle Cloud, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP to analyze data and optimize performance.

• Apply advanced Excel functions to generate detailed reports and track progress.

• Maintain strong B2B relationships to ensure consistent communication and payment adherence.

• Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and strategies for improved collections.

• Monitor account activity and identify trends to mitigate future payment delays. Requirements • Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud and advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

• Strong understanding of collection processes and billing systems.

• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Excellent dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.

• Solid communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.

• Familiarity with international collections is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
