Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in West Columbia, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within the construction, warehouse, or transportation industries. Your ability to source, screen, and secure top talent will play a critical role in supporting our growing workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience.

• Conduct interviews and assess applicants to ensure alignment with job requirements.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

• Translate and communicate in Spanish as needed to support a diverse candidate pool.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles within the organization.

• Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices within the construction and warehouse industries.

• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities. Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in construction, warehouse, or related industries.

• Strong skills in sourcing and identifying top talent through various recruitment channels.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective interviews.

• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to support a multilingual workforce.

• Familiarity with recruitment needs in warehouse, transportation, or construction environments.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
