Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources and supporting a dynamic team? Our client in the property management industry is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to their HR department. If you're looking for an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment within the real estate or property management sector, this role could be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and HRIS database accuracy.
+ Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and coordinating new-hire onboarding documentation.
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related topics by providing clear and accurate information.
+ Help coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring proper setup and tracking attendance.
+ Process employee paperwork related to benefits enrollment, time-off requests, and compliance documentation.
+ Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with labor laws and property management industry-specific regulations.
+ Participate in the organization and execution of employee events, company meetings, and engagement activities.
+ Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping tasks as needed.
Requirements
+ Has 1-2 years of experience in an HR Assistant or administrative support role (property management experience is a bonus).
+ Demonstrates proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and other organizational tools.
+ Brings excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
+ Has strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
+ Possesses familiarity with HR compliance and labor laws (basic knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is a plus).
+ Is detailed-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
