    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist to join our team in Aspen, Colorado. In this Contract-to-Hire position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of store operations, including inventory control, shipment processing, and distribution. Collaborating closely with the store team and retail leaders, you will help align operational processes with company standards and drive organizational success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure inventory needs and replenishments align with sales goals.

    • Manage inventory operations by overseeing shipment processing, transfers, and allocations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

    • Coordinate the movement of merchandise from stockrooms to the sales floor, maintaining optimal inventory levels.

    • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to verify product quantities and conditions, addressing discrepancies promptly.

    • Identify areas for improvement in back-of-house processes to enhance operational workflows.

    • Partner with the Store Manager to provide feedback and guidance to team members, contributing to their growth and development.

    • Uphold company policies and safety standards to maintain a secure and efficient workspace.

    • Ensure stockrooms are clean, organized, and properly labeled to support sales activities.

    • Manage reservations and consignments, resolving issues in accordance with company procedures.

     

    Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in operational management, preferably within a luxury retail setting.

     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.

    • Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory control and operational processes.

    • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.

    • Experience with criticality analysis, customer service, and inventory management systems.

    • Familiarity with warehouse and store inventory processes.
