Description

A leading global e-commerce and technology company is looking for a talented and brand-focused Brand Designer to join their in-house creative team on a short-term contract. This is a great opportunity for a highly collaborative visual storyteller who can bring compelling, scalable design solutions to life across digital channels. You’ll be designing for a high-visibility, customer-facing platform with a focus on seasonal campaigns, retail moments, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is confident working within established guidelines, but also has the ability to elevate the brand through refined design systems, strong typography, and thoughtful composition.

Job Title: Brand Designer – Amazon XCM

Duration: 3-month contract

Pay Rate: $70-75/hour

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design branded creative assets for digital placements across web and e-commerce platforms

+ Translate creative direction into clean, effective layouts within existing brand styleguides

+ Contribute to the development of templates, graphic systems, and toolkits

+ Optimize assets for cross-platform consistency and performance

+ Partner with art directors, copywriters, marketers, and developers to execute integrated campaign deliverables

+ Ensure accuracy, quality, and visual consistency across all final outputs

+ Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

An online portfolio showcasing digital brand design work is required.

Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within retail, tech, or agency environments

+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

+ Strong skills in layout, typography, and responsive digital design

+ High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

+ Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively

+ Experience working within complex brand systems or high-volume design teams

+ Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with HTML/CSS

+ Understanding of responsive design best practices

+ Experience with global brands or large-scale marketing campaigns
