Our client, a leading nonprofit organization, is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their office.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and welcome visitors, donors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

    + Direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate team members.

    + Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting.

    + Manage the office calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and booking conference rooms.

    + Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

    + Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and creating correspondence.

    + Assist with onboarding new volunteers or staff by issuing badges and orienting them to the office.

    + Collaborate with other administrative staff to support projects and organizational goals.

    Requirements

    + Has prior experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar office support role.

    + Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can learn new systems quickly.

    + Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

    + Is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

    + Brings a friendly, professional demeanor and dedication to providing excellent service.

    + Has a background or strong interest in the nonprofit sector or community-driven organizations (preferred but not required).
