Description

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Paralegal to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a critical role in managing and drafting legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in contract management and a strong understanding of legal procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, amendments, terminations, deeds of trust, and promissory notes.

• Support dealer closings by preparing, reviewing, and notarizing documents, as well as answering inquiries and reviewing file materials.

• Create and manage legal correspondence, including violation notices, default notices, and contract renewals or terminations.

• Maintain and update the document repository with newly created, amended, or modified documents and relevant data.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure legal documentation aligns with organizational and regulatory standards.

Requirements • 5-8 years of experience in contract management or paralegal studies.

• Certification in contract administration or paralegal studies from a nationally recognized program.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous experience in wholesale fuel distribution is a plus.

• Familiarity with transactional work, including real estate documents, lease administration, and coordination with attorneys, title companies, and lenders.

• Highly detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
