Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate closely with the inventory manager to ensure proper tracking and reporting.

• Serve as a backup for accounts receivable tasks when needed.

• Reconcile credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies.

• Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain financial records.

• Utilize basic Excel skills to organize and analyze data effectively.

• Code and process invoices while adhering to established procedures.

• Conduct regular check runs and ensure timely payments to vendors. Requirements • Previous experience in accounts payable or related financial roles.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Dependable and proactive approach to work responsibilities.

• Basic proficiency in Excel for data management tasks.

• Familiarity with construction or blue-collar industry processes is a plus.

• Experience with Foundation Software or similar accounting platforms.

• An inquisitive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems.
