Description We are looking for a dynamic Manager of Applications Development to oversee a skilled team in the design, implementation, and support of cutting-edge IT solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive successful project delivery and ensure effective application management. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality application design and development.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of application development projects, from conception to delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure the integration and optimization of existing systems, such as Oracle EBS, with new applications.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.

• Monitor and resolve technical issues to maintain system functionality and performance.

• Drive the adoption of JavaScript frameworks and other technologies to enhance development processes.

• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment of applications.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their application to improve efficiency.

• Facilitate communication between IT teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals. Requirements • Proven experience in application development and team management.

• Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript programming languages.

• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks and their practical application.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and system integration.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical challenges.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
