Description We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Senior to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will play a key part in managing tax compliance processes, preparing tax provisions, and ensuring accurate reporting at both state and federal levels. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in corporate taxation and contribute to a dynamic organization in the medical devices industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external advisors to prepare and file sales and use tax returns, as well as manage unclaimed property filings.

• Compile and submit business license applications, property tax filings, and other state and local tax-related returns.

• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual global tax provisions using OneSource Tax Provision software.

• Assist in the preparation of U.S. federal and state tax returns utilizing OneSource Income Tax software.

• Conduct research on federal and state tax issues and document findings to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Provide insights and recommendations to address corporate tax-related matters.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and policies to support ongoing compliance.

• Work closely with internal teams to streamline tax processes and improve efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in corporate taxation, including income tax compliance and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of corporate tax provisions and annual income tax processes.

• Familiarity with sales and use tax regulations and compliance.

• Proficiency in using tax software such as OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax.

• Ability to research complex tax issues and provide well-documented findings.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple tax-related tasks.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.
