Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Bothell, Washington. • Process accurate and timely payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Manage payroll deductions, benefits, and adjustments with precision.

• Handle payroll tax filings and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

• Utilize Paycom software to execute payroll-related tasks efficiently.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions and documentation.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

• Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations.

• Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and compliance. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.

• Proficiency in using Paycom software for payroll management.

• Solid understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payroll discrepancies.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and teams.

• Familiarity with payroll deductions and benefits administration.

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
