    Description We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This part-time role offers the potential to transition into a long-term position, making it ideal for candidates seeking stability and growth. As a Contract to long-term opportunity, this position involves supporting a boutique real estate office with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative and personal assistant support to key staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    • Manage scheduling activities, including organizing meetings, reservations, and appointments related to business and property matters.

    • Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for efficient record-keeping.

    • Handle special administrative projects with a focus on accuracy and timely completion.

    • Coordinate communications with investors, vendors, and clients as required.

    • Assist with occasional off-site tasks, such as property visits or attending external meetings.

    • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, delivering excellent customer service.

    • Perform data entry and document management tasks using Microsoft Office tools.

    • Support general office operations, adapting to various needs in a small, dynamic environment. Requirements

    • Very tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems. Can pick-up/learn quickly technology systems.

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative office role, ideally within real estate, finance, or similar industries requiring attention to detail.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and email correspondence.

    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally when necessary.
