    Payroll Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process payroll data, including calculating earnings, taxes, and deductions.

    + Maintain and update employee records for accuracy.

    + Prepare earnings, tax, and compliance reports.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state tax regulations.

    + Handle payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and document filings

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration.

    • Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processes

    • Experience managing payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees.

    • Familiarity with payroll software such as ADP, Dayforce, etc.

    • Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws, social security, and unemployment regulations.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
