    Description

    Robert Half's enterprise client is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join their team on a long-term contract basis onsite in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for a range of products and platforms. This position offers the opportunity to explore innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction while addressing business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Define and execute the UX vision across web and responsive platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.

    + Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma to communicate design intent.

    + Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

    + Develop and maintain UI specifications, design systems, and documentation.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, requirements, and timelines.

    + Present design work to stakeholders and executives, incorporating feedback to refine solutions.

    + Balance platform consistency with device-specific needs, especially in dashboard and data-heavy interfaces.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience designing dashboards, tables, and structured data interfaces.

    + Previous UX experience with eCommerce or marketplace environments is a plus

    + Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance.

    + Experience working in agile/scrum environments.

    + Willingness to travel for workshops and stakeholder engagement.

    + Degree in Design or a related field.

    Requirements

    + 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise or e-commerce environments.

    + Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and responsive web design.

    + Strong research skills, including usability testing and persona development.

    + Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.

    + Proven ability to deliver user-centered designs that meet business goals.

    + Familiarity with content design systems and complex data structures.
