Description We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Clerk to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless fulfillment and distribution of pharmaceutical products. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the shipping and receiving of pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Assemble and prepare boxes for product shipments, including specialized packaging for refrigerated medications.

• Process outgoing mail and medications while adhering to established guidelines.

• Intake and review orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

• Package medications securely, including those requiring temperature-controlled environments.

• Maintain an organized workspace by receiving and shelving pharmaceutical supplies.

• Perform light computer work, including data entry and basic system updates.

• Work on your feet for extended periods to accomplish daily tasks efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency with IBM AS/400 or similar management systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suites.

• Experience with data entry and basic computer operations.

• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.

• Ability to work effectively with shipping and delivery processes.

• Comfortable with hands-on tasks and prolonged standing.

• Previous experience in logistics or fulfillment is a plus, but not required.
