Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support our consumer payments initiatives and enhance our Treasury operations. Based in Issaquah, Washington, this role involves analyzing data, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to create accurate reports, transactions, and invoices.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in payment processing.

• Provide recommendations and support to warehouses and various corporate departments.

• Investigate and resolve inquiries from internal teams and external financial service providers.

• Oversee payment processing vendors and banking services, including contract negotiation and discrepancy resolution.

• Develop dynamic dashboards and reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance sales.

• Extract and analyze data to address reconciliation issues promptly.

• Undertake special projects and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational standards.

• Maintain consistent attendance and engagement at the assigned workplace.

The salary range for this position is $79,000 to $107,000.

Requirements • Proven experience in corporate treasury or financial analysis.

• Familiarity with cash flow forecasting and treasury operations.

• Strong understanding of global treasury practices and payment systems.

• Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively, including contract negotiations.

• Proficiency in building reports and dashboards using analytical tools.

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

• Knowledge of compliance standards within the financial services industry.

• Reliable and consistent workplace attendance.
