    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a fast-growing commercial construction firm in Vista, CA to find a proactive and organized Client Services Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and enjoys being the central point of communication between clients, project managers, and subcontractors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning to post-project follow-up. If you’re detail-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy juggling multiple priorities, this could be a great fit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal project teams

    + Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and client updates

    + Schedule site visits, inspections, and client meetings

    + Track project milestones and ensure timely communication of changes

    + Maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, and correspondence

    + Support the business development team with client onboarding and proposals

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field

    + 2+ years of experience in client services, project coordination, or construction admin

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
