Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Corporate Finance and Contract Senior Manager to join our team in McLean, VA.

The Corporate Finance and Contract Senior Manager will oversee the company’s contract administration, finance, pricing, and accounting operations. These duties include overseeing and assisting the finance team with timesheets, payroll, accounts payable & receivable, billing processing, forecasting, and reporting.
Additionally, this role involves supporting the role of contracts manager and processing contract awards and modifications, proposal submissions, reporting, and maintaining contract records. The Manager will provide pricing support for bid and proposal activities. The candidate will develop automation, reporting, integrations, and workflows that improve operational efficiencies within our accounting, contracts, and other corporate systems.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Provide financial planning and analysis support, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure alignment with contract and organizational goals.
+ Conduct compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to government contracting regulations such as FAR/DFARS and internal corporate policies.
+ Manage the full contract lifecycle, including proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation, execution, and modifications.
+ Support the finance team with timesheets, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, billing processes, and financial reporting.
+ Develop automation, reporting tools, integrations, and workflows that enhance operational efficiency across accounting, contracts, and corporate systems.
+ Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks throughout the contract lifecycle to protect the organization’s interests.
+ Contribute to long-term financial strategy through scenario modeling, investment planning, and strategic forecasting.
+ Work closely with legal, HR, operations, and business development teams to ensure cohesive execution of financial and contractual strategies.
+ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate financial health, contract performance, and operational efficiency.

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
+ Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of experience supporting medium-sized business finance or accounting operations.
+ Ten (10+) years of experience in Government Contract Administration.
+ Experience with Deltek Costpoint configuration and reporting.
+ In-depth knowledge of GAAP and FAR-compliant accounting practices.
+ Demonstrated success in developing policies for budgeting, pricing, and contracts.
+ High proficiency in Deltek Costpoint and Microsoft Excel for budget development, forecasting, and financial planning support.
Preferred:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex issues.
+ Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
+ Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
