Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Siemens BMS solutions, including Insight and Desigo CC platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

* Provide advanced technical support for Siemens automation systems, including PCS and Desigo CC, diagnosing and resolving complex system issues to minimize downtime.

* Ensure all automation solutions adhere to GAMP lifecycle standards, 21 CFR Part 11, GDP, and other regulatory requirements relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.

* Manage BMS-related projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline tracking, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

* Conduct and document Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Installation Qualification (IQ), and Operational Qualification (OQ) for BMS installations.

* Develop and maintain system architecture documentation in line with ISA S88 Batch standards and good engineering practices.

* Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with engineering, quality, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of automation systems.

* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, validation protocols, and BMS artefacts, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.

* Identify opportunities for system optimization and implement enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and compliance.

* Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates, technical guidance, and training as needed.

Job Qualifications:

* 10+ years" experience in designing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions for the building management systems (BMS).

* Good knowledge of GAMP lifecycle.

* Deep knowledge and experience with Insight and Desigo CC and other SIEMENS automation solutions

* Understanding of Siemens PCS system

* Good understanding of Process Automation System Architecture, ISA S88 Batch & good engineering practice.

* Good knowledge and experience on pharma life cycle /processes, GAMP, 21CFR, GDP & regulatory knowledge would be preferable.

* Experience in project management, including coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines.

* FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ experience would be required.

* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

* Structured work approach with strong sense for overview, as well as attention to all the details

* Experience with developing BMS systems as an artefact

* Pharmaceutical experience is a nice to have
