    Jet Health, Inc. is seeking a strategic, experienced, and performance-drivenRegional Director of Sales (RDS)to lead and develop ourhome healthsales teams across Texas and New Mexico.

     

    TheRegional Director of Sales (RDS)is a dynamic and mission-driven regional sales leader responsible for driving strategic growth across multiple branches within a defined geography. This role serves as a critical partner to local site Executive Directors (EDs), aligning sales execution to market-specific goals while directly supporting the development of Care Navigators (CNs) through a dotted-line relationship. While Care Navigators report directly to EDs, the RDS is responsible for field coaching, sales strategy, and performance development support.

     

    The RDS plays a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing sales culture focused on execution, accountability, and service excellence. Separate SDS roles exist for Home Health and Hospice, ensuring focused expertise and market-specific strategy.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Growth Leadership:

    + Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Executive Directors, aligning sales plans with local market conditions, referral dynamics, and growth goals.

    + Identify untapped market opportunities and guide expansion into new referral segments or service areas.

    Care Navigator Coaching & Development:

    + Provide coaching, mentorship, and field training to Care Navigators to build confidence, consistency, and high performance.

    + Reinforce accountability and sales execution in partnership with EDs, ensuring alignment on expectations and outcomes.

    Sales Execution & Field Engagement:

    + Support execution of targeted growth plans through joint sales calls, field visits, and hands-on coaching.

    + Model best-in-class sales behaviors and build relationships with high-potential referral sources alongside local teams.

    Performance Analytics & KPI Management:

    + Track and interpret key performance metrics including admissions, referral conversion rates, and call activity.

    + Use performance data to share insights with EDs and CNs, proactively addressing gaps and celebrating wins.

    Onboarding & Talent Development:

    + Support onboarding for new Care Navigators, ensuring proper ramp-up and early success through structured orientation.

    + Identify skill gaps and provide continuous learning opportunities to support career development and retention.

    Cross-Functional Alignment:

    + Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and marketing leaders to ensure unified customer experience and seamless patient transitions.

    + Ensure local messaging and marketing efforts reflect regional goals and brand integrity.

    Strategic Sales Planning:

    + Contribute to company-wide sales strategy through regional insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and referral source feedback.

    Success Measures (First 6–12 Months):

    + Increase referral conversion rates and overall admissions volume across assigned region.

    + Strengthen Care Navigator production consistency and field presence.

    + Build trust and alignment with Executive Directors and field teams.

    + Elevate visibility of market trends and performance drivers to executive leadership.

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in home health, hospice, or post-acute healthcare services.

    + Proven ability to drive multi-site sales performance and build high-performing field teams.

    + Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding referral growth and admissions targets.

    + Strong coaching and interpersonal skills; capable of influencing in a matrixed or decentralized environment.

    + Deep understanding of home health or hospice service lines, referral patterns, and competitive landscape.

    + Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Trella), EMRs (e.g., HCHB), and performance dashboards.

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field, but not required.

    + Ability to travel regionally as needed to support teams in the field.
