    Position Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow Front Door processes. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who can work independently or as part of a small team

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    Create/maintain onboarding and front door flows/processes on ServiceNow

     

    Collaborate across teams to integrated scoped applications onto the ServiceNow Platform

     

    Develop/maintain order guides and use Flow Designer to automate workflows

     

    Address defects, bug fixes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency

     

    Contribute to the automation and streamlining of front door processes

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow or other SaaS ITIL Platform

     

    Proven experience in designing, developing, configuring and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform as a developer or systems engineer.

     

    Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a small team environment

     

    Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities

     

    Experience with Flow Designer, Order Guide and Scoped applications

     

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

     

    Flexibility to contribute across development, engineering and architectural tasks

     

    Familiarity with onboarding processes and enterprise platform integration

     

    Strong communication and documentation skills

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $75,000.00 - $130,000.00.
