The Role
Our Financial Consulting group is looking for a **Consulting Manager** to join our journey. We’re looking for someone who has experience in nCino implementation to support commercial lending Origination processes within a financial institution. This role requires a deep understanding of both nCino and commercial lending Origination workflows, including loan origination, credit analysis, and documentation.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise to impact large transformation opportunities in the commercial lending space for multi-tower deals working across other horizontals and verticals within Cognizant
As a **Consulting Manager,** this means leading a team of Consultants through a client-facing engagement, managing escalations, and serving as a the owner of a workstream; maintaining expertise in your domain; meaningfully contributing to the sales process through a mix of RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and flawless delivery; creating service offerings and/or client partner training materials; and contributing to PeopleCare initiatives, recruiting, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include system configuration, troubleshooting user issues, implementing new features, and ensuring data integrity.
• Understanding of Configuring in nCino platform to align with the bank's commercial lending policies and procedures.
• Understanding of nCino custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
• Collaborating with business analysts, IT professionals, and end-users to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Communicating platform changes and updates to stakeholders.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements within the nCino platform to streamline commercial lending workflows.
• Automating tasks and enhancing efficiency in the loan origination and approval process.
• Ensuring data integrity and quality within the nCino platform.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of the Commercial Lending and nCino platform, including its functionalities and configuration options.
• At least 1 nCino implementation experience as a Lead
• Understanding of the commercial lending lifecycle, including loan origination, credit analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and providing user support.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• 4+ years of experience working with nCino in a commercial lending environment.
• Bachelor's degree

Compensation:
+ $135000-$160000
