In this role, you will:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Senior Business System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the full lifecycle of Talent Acquisition systems. Additionally, we are looking for someone with hands-on experience in system configuration and an understanding of the end-to-end impacts involving related processes such as requisition management, interview, assessment, offer and internal mobility. The successful candidate will be capable of understanding and documenting requirements, operating as a designer to ensure that implemented solutions provide excellent user experience and being an excellent communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams. We are looking for an individual with an analytical, end-to-end solution mindset, as well as an efficient project management skill set.

What you need to have to be considered
+ Hands-on configuration of applicant tracking systems such as Avature or iClMS
+ Collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations
+ Facilitate and assist with planning of requirements sessions to capture business and system requirements
+ Collaborating on integrations with internal and external platforms
+ Provide training and support to users and business stakeholders
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all Talent Acquisition processes and configurations
+ In-depth understanding of cross-departmental systems integrations including HCM, ATS, onboarding, and various talent acquisition systems.
+ Use data to inform engagement, adoption, and success of technology projects
These will help you stand out
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
+ Working experience in Talent Acquisition systems
+ In-depth understanding of end-to-end impacts involving related talent acquisition processes such as requisition, interview, assessment, internal mobility and offer Experience in integrating with third-party vendors
+ Knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition systems
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment
+ Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
+ Understanding of HR and IT business processes and how they impact HR systems

Work Authorization
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $81,450-129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
