Your Role at KIK

Plant Administrator reports to the Logistics Manager and provides support to the Plant Manager and the Human Resource Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations by handling administrative tasks and helping to implement HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Interface with visitors and new employees as the face of KIK Mars, PA in the reception area.

+ Welcome and direct visitors

+ Assist with new employee onboarding and safety training

+ Manage incoming mail, phone calls, and emails that need to be directed to other team members

+ Provide general administrative support, such as preparing reports, maintaining files, handling communication, and assisting the HR department with daily tasks and projects.

+ Maintain the employee roster file

+ Interface with staffing agencies to acquire and manage temporary employees

+ Submit payroll for temporary employees

+ Maintain communication boards

+ Act as administrator for the logistics and safety teams

+ Manage administrative supplies, MRO purchases for Safety and Maintenance and receive all incoming packages.

+ Manage electronic files for all purchase orders and receipts.

+ Create LOTO tags

What You’ll Bring

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Two or more years of related experience.

+ Manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

+ Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
