    What You'll Do

    Technical Excellence:

    + Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program

    + Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site

    + Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems

    + Travel throughout Twin Cities metro area (company vehicle provided)

    Client Impact:

    + Be the expert who gets businesses back up and running when systems go down

    + Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation

    + Maintain critical inventory systems

     

    What We're Looking For

    Must Have:

    + Valid driver's license with clean record

    + Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting experience

    + Self-motivated problem-solver

    + Willingness to learn through our POS training program

    Nice to Have:

    + Two-year technical degree

    + Network connectivity knowledge
