    Adecco is seeking a professional and friendly **Part Time** **Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant** to be the first point of contact for the office. The ideal candidate will greet and direct visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative team environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and welcome visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce them to appropriate personnel.

    + Operate a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and route them to the correct department or personnel.

    + Retrieve, document, and forward voice mail messages as needed.

    + Provide general information to callers, including office address, directions, and company policies.

    + Maintain and update appointment calendars.

    + Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing correspondence.

    + Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.

    + Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document collation.

    + Support internal teams with administrative tasks and assist with special projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required.

    + 1–2 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    + Strong communication skills—verbal and written.

    + Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

    + Professional demeanor and appearance.

    + Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    Skills & Competencies:

    + Speaks clearly and persuasively in both positive and challenging situations.

    + Listens actively, asks clarifying questions, and responds appropriately.

    + Demonstrates a calm, customer-focused approach in emotional or stressful situations.

    + Takes initiative to identify and resolve problems efficiently and collaboratively.

    + Shows respect for all individuals and takes responsibility for own actions.

    + Writes clearly and accurately; proofreads documents for grammar and spelling.

    + Interprets and follows written and verbal instructions effectively.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Regularly required to sit, speak, and listen.

    + Occasionally required to walk, kneel, stoop, or crouch.

    + Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs occasionally.

    + Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
