    Operations Analyst

    **Location:** Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

    **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    **Assignment Type:** Temporary

    **Pay Rate:** $ 23.44/hour

    Position Overview:

    As an Operations Analyst, you'll play a vital part in enabling a senior leader to operate effectively and efficiently. You'll work closely with the senior leader and their business manager to:

     

    + Understand and support organizational priorities.

    + Manage and organize the senior leader's calendar and schedule.

    + Establish routines for collecting essential business updates.

    + Engage with leadership to facilitate meaningful recognition and plan team events.

    + Collaborate with the local Site Engagement Team to plan, facilitate, and execute employee engagement activities.

     

    This role is key to ensuring the senior leader's time is managed effectively, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven organizational and time management skills.

    + Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

    + Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

    + HS Diploma or GED

    **Pay Details:** $23.44 per week
