Medical Assistant (MA-C or MA-R)

• **Location:** 1717 13th St, Suite 300, Everett, WA 98201

• **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• **Dress Code:** Scrubs (no specific color required)

• **Travel:** Not required

**Pay** : Up to 24.3/hr depending on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented **Medical Assistant (MA-C or MA-R)** to support clinical operations at our Everett, WA location. This role involves direct patient interaction, administrative support, and clinical assistance to providers. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with at least one year of Medical Assistant experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

+ Room patients and collect vital signs including blood pressure, weight, height, and pulse

+ Verify patient medications, allergies, and medical history

+ Assist with patient paperwork and ensure proper documentation

+ Support providers with clinical tasks during patient visits

+ Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Required Qualifications

+ Active **MA-C (Certified)** or **MA-R (Registered)** credential

+ **Minimum of 1 year** experience working as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

+ **Oncology experience** or prior work in a cancer care setting is a plus

Interview Process

Interviews will be conducted **in person or via Microsoft Teams** , and will include the **Manager** and the **Medical Assistant Lead** (if available).

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $24.30 per hour
