• Credit Policy Control Analyst

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven **Credit Policy Control Analyst** to join our Credit Risk Management team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure our credit policies and controls are consistently assessed and upheld.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist in the planning and execution of credit policy control assessments.

    + Perform transaction testing to evaluate adherence to credit policy requirements and overall credit intent.

    + Ensure completion of testing activities and reporting within defined timeframes.

    + Analyze test data sourced from various systems while adhering to established protocols.

    + Maintain systematic documentation to support test results and decisions.

    + Record outcomes in the appropriate system of record.

    + Support communication of findings to business units and Credit Risk Management leadership.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field

    + 2+ years of experience in credit risk, internal controls, compliance, or a similar role

    + Familiarity with credit policy documentation and transaction testing methodologies

    + Proficiency with data analysis tools and systems (e.g., Excel, SQL, internal platforms)

    **Pay Details:** $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
