ROLE SUMMARY:
The On-Premise Key Accounts Manager plays a vital role in growing Cutwater’s market-share by building strong relationships with strategic account partners and distributors to achieve optimal sales in an expanded geographical area. They assist with distributor sales forces to execute national marketing and sales strategies. The On-Premise KAM also works with distributors to achieve stretch targets and ensure compliance in accordance with agreed upon standards.
While the company is headquartered in San Diego, CA, this position spends of the bulk of their time in the field in their assigned market. Working from the office at HQ will be required, as needed.
**SALARY:** $82,400 - $92,700 + Annual Bonus Potential
**WORK LOCATION:** Los Angeles County
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develop, manage, and lead strategy for Key Account initiatives and work directly with distributor partner to ensure execution of programs in their assigned geography.
+ Execute national and regional marketing programs to achieve all sales related objectives including volume, distribution, menu and feature programs and brand awareness.
+ Strengthen and expand relationships with key on-premise account partners.
+ Ensure continued success in home and away markets through creating plans to meet volume and distribution goals while holding their distributors accountable.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
+ 5 or more years of Sales/Business Development experience required.
+ Spirits/alcohol beverage industry knowledge a must.
+ 3 or more years sales experience in beverage alcohol industry (preferred).
+ Familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures (preferred).
