    Job Summary: Duties may include check in of patients, take vital signs, administer injections, assist clinician with exams; have telephone interactions under supervision of clinician, handle prescription calls, maintain communication between clinician and patient; maintain exam rooms, stock rooms with supplies; set up appointments, arrange for patient testing, obtain authorization and referrals for patient's insurance, involvement with patient education; maintenance of medical charts; provide backup to other staff as needed and other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Licensed Practical Nurse with NYS license/registration required. Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and CPR certification required.

    Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm; rotating

    Salary Range/Pay Rate:

    Commensurate with Qualifications
