We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Process Engineer to design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and layouts that enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of tools, equipment, and procedures into the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
+ Design and develop manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining, and material handling.
+ Optimize plant layouts and machine arrangements to maximize productivity and efficiency.
+ Define sequences of operations and develop procedures for tool and equipment fabrication.
+ Adapt equipment and machine designs to meet factory and production conditions.
+ Integrate inspection and testing requirements into production plans to ensure product quality.
+ Monitor and evaluate machinery and equipment performance; initiate corrective actions as needed.
+ Apply and develop statistical process control techniques to improve manufacturing outcomes.
+ Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on design concepts and specifications to optimize manufacturability.
+ Ensure all processes and procedures comply with applicable regulations and standards.

+ CNC experience
+ Validation experience
+ Green or Black belt certification
Work Environment
The position is onsite at a manufacturing facility, providing opportunities to collaborate with a team of technicians and engineers to support various projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
