Controls Engineer
Description
+ Lead the automation of large tire handling processes using advanced robotics
+ Program and configure robotic systems to control the precise movement and placement of oversized tires
+ Deploy and integrate a European-developed robotics and integrator system for the first time in the U.S.
+ Troubleshoot and optimize robotic controls in the absence of existing U.S.-based support infrastructure
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into greenfield manufacturing environments
+ Support the launch of two new manufacturing sites: Waterloo, IA (October) and Davenport, IA (January)
+ Work with a major agricultural equipment manufacturer (under NDA) to modernize assembly operations
+ Day to day will work backwards from the project plan to meet launch goals.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
