Civil Surveyor

What You’ll Do

As a Civil Surveyor, you’ll be at the forefront of our construction projects—collecting, analyzing, and interpreting critical site data that guides every phase of development. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency from the ground up.

Your Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct Field Surveys: Perform detailed land and site surveys using advanced equipment like GPS, Total Stations, and laser scanners.

+ Analyze & Report: Transform raw data into accurate maps, plans, and technical reports that inform design and construction decisions.

+ Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols.

+ Resolve Issues: Identify and address discrepancies or challenges in the field with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

+ Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of measurements, calculations, and field notes for future reference and audits.

What You Bring

+ Proficiency with modern surveying tools and software (e.g., GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD).

+ Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

+ A commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

+ Experience working with a site contractor or professional surveying firm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $50.00/hr.
