Job Title: Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager with expertise in process and procedure management. This role requires mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using tools like Visio or BPMN. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile and be capable of managing projects and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
+ Map, analyze, and optimize business processes using tools like Visio or BPMN.
+ Manage projects and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
+ Interpret data and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
+ Create and maintain clear, standardized procedures and documentation.
+ Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
+ Engage stakeholders and train staff on new processes.
+ Align processes with organizational goals and navigate transitions smoothly.
+ Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning.
+ Implement change management strategies using models like ADKAR or Kotter's.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
+ Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
+ Experience with project management tools and frameworks such as Agile, PMP, or Scrum.
+ Ability to analyze data and performance metrics using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
+ Skilled in writing and maintaining SOPs, manuals, and documentation.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
+ PMI or PMP certification preferred.
+ 8-10 years of experience in process management, technical writing, and documentation.
+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
+ High presence and confidence in speaking up and coordinating meetings.
+ Background in designing processes and leveraging AI is a plus.
+ Consulting experience and background in supply chain are advantageous.
Work Environment
This position is 100% remote, with work hours aligned to PST.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
