Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and organized **Licensed Nursing Assistant /**   **Medical Assistant**  to join our healthcare team. Under the supervision of designated supervisor and in collaboration with clinical staff, the LNA/MA plays a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. This position supports both clinical and administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow and provider efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with patient care under the direction of providers, RNs, or LPNs.

+ Support daily clinical operations including room preparation, patient intake, and documentation.

+ Coordinate provider schedules and anticipate patient needs to maintaintimely appointments.

+ Communicate effectively with patients and team members to enhance satisfaction and care quality.

+ Follow established workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent care delivery.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ Medical Assistant certification preferred Basic computer proficiencyfor clinical documentation and scheduling.

+ Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.

+ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
