Job Description:

Join our dedicated healthcare team at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center as a  **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** . In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care while supporting patients and families across the continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver age-appropriate, culturally competent nursing care.

+ Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.

+ Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.

+ Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety standards.

+ Support a positive and responsive care environment.

Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

+ Current New Hampshire LPN license.

+ BLS certification required.

+ Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Preferred: 6 months of clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, or long-term care settings.
