**Baylor Scott and White Health** is seeking a **BC/BE, PRN Cardiothoracic Surgeon** to join our outstanding CT Surgery care program in **Austin, TX** . The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of adult cardiac surgery and expected to contribute to the growth and development of disease based programs in partnership with the Divisions of Cardiology and Vascular Surgery. We are actively involved in medical student and resident education.

Qualifications:

+ Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery.

+ Additional training in minimally invasive valve surgery, TAVR and TEVAR, VAD, and heart transplantation is valuable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Doctorate Degree in Medicine

- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board

- Where Applicable - Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
